This is a baker's helper. Every household should have one. They are very handy to have around.
If anyone watched "The Cook and the Chef" last night, you'd have seen a baker's helper being used. BTW, that was a great episode. Peter Cundall was there!

Oh, I have taped it so I will watch it and see the bakers' helper at work. BTW Veggie Gnome, have you ever tried Frangelico?? A very warming drink for a cold winter's night! Hope your limoncello brew is going well...
I have only tried Frangelico once and thought it was absolutely delicious. I'd love to make my own. Do you have a recipe?
We couldn't wait much longer and had a tiny sip of the limoncello! Boy, it was fantastic! I'm hooked. I'm keen to make more. Will have to have a chat with my lemon tree.
