We have just toasted your birthday with the honey mead, yum! We think we might buy some Urrbrae honey and some Jovial Monk champagne yeast and make 21 litres.
Thanks for all the birthday wishes everyone. VG just cooked a very nice dinner and we are having an extra nice red to wash it down with. Thank you Olive for the cake this afternoon, it was decadent, and I hardly did any work today :)
