Spiced Crabapples
Today's experiment - Spiced Crabapples. Recipe from "Joy of Cooking".They are absolutely pretty!
450g of crabapples taken care of, another 2 buckets to go.

I agree, they do look pretty. I'm glad you found a way to use them up. I tried this recipe a few years ago but not too many people liked them, so they ended up as chook food. Best of luck with yours. From Joy, but not of cooking !!

I was thinking that they might go well with a cheese platter.
I seem to have cheese on my brain at the moment. ;)
