Sue - I was hoping you'd comment, as you had mentioned before that the colour wasn't appetising. So, it does turn a different colour. Wow. Isn't that interesting?! :)
I'm not sure - we really grew it as we were having problems growing the white varieties and the coloured ones - we grew yellow, orange and green curds too seemed easier to grow. Now though we seem to be doing OK with the white varieties. If we do though I'll take a photo of it cooked.

That certainly isn't the colour our purple cauliflowers went after cooking - they went a really inky blue colour - not very appetising really!

I wish I'd taken a photo now but we haven't any growing so I've missed the opportunity.
Sue - what a shame! Are you going to grow it again - or will you move on to a different variety? :)
