Blackberry Crumble

We picked our first blackberries for the season. So, it's crumble time!
No extra sugar added to the berries, as they are sweet enough.
Just a dollop of cream. Of course. :)

Today's harvest

Tomatoes galore! A bowl of crab apples - the kind you can actually eat as they are! Chillies, a zucchini and cucumber.Approx. 10kg of apples (Abbas).A whole basket of basil (Sweet & Lettuce Leaf).I love this time of the year, when there is so much to harvest. And the decisions, how best to preserve the bounty for leaner times. :)

Today's harvest

The tomatoes are slowly ripening up. The zucchinis have slowed down a little during these very mild (cool-ish) days. No complaints there, as we still have a few of those in the fridge. The sweet corn is still delicious, but coming to an end soon. But I have another bed of sweet corn growing nicely which will be ready for harvest in a few weeks' time.
