Hey Gnome...Old mate next door to me puts red currants in his mango chutney. He gave me a jar from last season and it was just fantastic!!!! There are heaps of recipies out there for mango chutney, try one of them and chuck in some currants! Just beautiful on steak. xoxoxox

Cabbage Heart, thanks for that suggestion. I am not overly keen on mangos, but I shall have a look at some recipes. That should get me going.
