That's interesting as we grew purple cauliflowers that went a sort of dark purplish blue when cooked and didn't look very appetising - maybe a different variety or could the type of water have an affect?

ReplyDeleteSue - they only go a touch paler. So, nothing too gross to look at on the plate. Actually, quite pretty (and tasty). :)
Nina - no, it does not leach its colour. Just goes a little bit paler. :)
