When our elder tree flowered madly, we were busy making champagne and wine. This wine has been maturing quietly in our spare room, and I decided it would be interesting to have a little taste.Nice colour! Very pleasant and subtle elderflower taste, too! Let it mature a few more months and we'll have another little taste.
We were rather pleased with our first wine making efforts. :)
