You look like you might actually know what you are doing (unlike me who has some success).
My orchids recently started flowering for the very first time about six weeks ago.
Noticed that you have the same type of orchids. I was wondering if you could tell me how long they usually flower for? My flowers are all starting to die. Is six weeks the norm or should I have done something else to make them last longer?
You can see my orchids in full bloom on my blog http://greenerme.wordpress.com/2008/08/28/worm-farm-flower-fertiliser/
Hi Sarhn, This is 'only' the second year that these orchids are flowering. So I am not really an expert. Last year they seemed to flower for ages. 1-3 months? But I could be mistaken.
Thanks for dropping in and sharing your orchid pictures on your blog. Lovely!
I am always happy to read your comments, dear readers. However, I am trialling 'word verification' for a little while, as I have been receiving a lot of spam. The spam never makes it onto the comment pages, as I am moderating all comments. But it is starting to get tedious to moderate all the spam. I hope this will not cause any inconvenience to any of may regular readers. Please leave a comment - I am always happy to hear from you! :)
