    Those pickled cumquats looks lovely. How do you pickle them and what do you use them for

    I used the recipe from Stephanie Alexander's Cook's Companion. You can use them to stuff a chook or duck when roasting it. I could imagine that they'd be good in some pasta, too. Or with fish.
