Growing Ginger!

A few months ago I bought some ginger at the Asian shop which had some 'buds'. I decided to put it in a pot and see whether I could grow it. Well, here's the result.

    Hi Joanie. The plant grew nicely for a while and then it died. I think I may have overwatered it. (The first time in my gardening career!) So, unfortunately, I cannot post a recent pic. Unless you want to see the empty pot. ;)
